“Serving in a cross- cultural environment gives me pleasure as I get to bring people of different cultures together for the people not to see color in another person but see a child of God who’s been created in His image.
My goal is to build a community that will reach out to different people in many ways than one, encourage them and practice ministry of presence not just by praying for them but also by being there for them in times of need and bring healing; proclaim the Good New of Christ in Brits and Harties at large; spreading love, caring for one another and bringing transformation in people’s lives. I would also like to see the youth finding a home in our societies and start taking the lead in the church. I love people and meeting with fellow brothers and sisters gives me joy and satisfaction. We therefore invite young people to join us and people with love to sing or play instrument to join us and worship together.
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near”(Hebrews 10:24-25 ESV)”
Our services are 08h00 Sundays at Harties and 10am at Brits. If you need more information, please visit church website www.hartiesmethodist.org.za or send us an email to hartiesmeth@gmail.com or call us and make an appointment by dialing 066 493 3705.
“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” Matthew 9:35-38 (ESV). I therefore pray the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers to join me into his harvest.
